We recommend a weekly cleaning to remove debris and prevent algae buildup. A professional water balancing and maintenance at the start of each season keeps your pool healthy.
Fill water should be treated: remove metals, balance pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness, add algaecide or shock, and run your filter system.
Backwash when the filter pressure rises about 8–10 psi above clean starting pressure.

No. You don't need to be home during our service. For transparency, you can opt into “on the way” text messages to let you know our next stop is your backyard. After-service emails are sent after every service that includes: a photo of the pool, a checklist of tasks completed, water chemistry readings, dosages of chemicals added to the water, and any notes and extra information that the customer should know.
